Not really a question about the answer, but in the guideline answer they value the long position as 12.28. I do the math that they show and get 6.81. Am i crazy or is this a typo?
$207 - $200/(1.055)^.50 = +$12.28 I have no problem to get +12.28
okay, maybe I need a beer… but 207-200 = 7 1.055^.5 = 1.02713 7/1.02713 = 6.82
it is like this $207 - [$200/(1.055^.50)]
