I enjoyed the closing ceremony for the most part, but a lot of the music was more my era. I have no idea who Jessie J is though. I was a little disappointed that the hugh ramp looking things they had in the beginning weren’t used for anything.
I thought they were entertaining, but I’m super into olympics so I’m pretty biased. It just looked like such a nice night out, I wanted to be there.
I popped into London for the night on my way out of Stockholm on Saturday. For the most part the city was really sedate, which was odd to see, although I imagine the village was heaving. Looking at the English and how fat, drunk, and out of shape they are, I said to myself, “These people are in third place in medals?”
Modern day English music is boring.
When I was in London once, an englishmen told me that men drink so much there because their women are fugly.
The mayor has been telling us to stay at home for half the year to make sure visitors get proper transportation without delay. It worked a bit too well, methinks.
