several questions here why so many unknow? those who were 75% right but failed, b/c they failed the ethics? maximium was 80%, which meant they nailed 192 out of 240, and quite a lot people managed to do that, but not a single person scored above 192, which was a little bit weird.
Plus there is no guarantee as to the quality of the data. Anyone can put anything into those boxes. It’s quite possible that outliers are transcribing errors or just junk entries.
