I’ve taken the exam Level 1 in 2007.12 and unfortunately, I failed at that time. Now I apply for the Level 1 last week and the agent told me I could save 50 dollars and just pay for 570. I just know the next year after failed could save 50$, and now 3years later, could I still save 50$? Cause if there is mistake, it means I could catch the first time for the application and will pay more at the next. So I hope you experienced guys solve my problem. Thank you.
