# A True Bailout Plan

“Doesn’t this just make too much sense to be wrong???” “So divide 200 million adults 18+ into \$85 billion that equals \$425,000.00.” Jack, I hope you sent this for humour’s sake rather than as a valid idea. By my “simple math,” \$85-bln / 200-mln = \$425 per person. Genius.

You may want to check your math.

liquid ate it… ha ha Demand vs. Supply Side, the debate never ends

I saw that about the “we deserve it dividend too”. The math is a little off. \$85,000,000,000 / 200,000,000 = \$425.00 People believe what they want to believe. That doesn’t make it right.

Nice try. Do the math. What is \$85,000,000,000/\$200,000,000?

The AIG Bailout was a loan at a higher rate than normal - this would lead to hyperinflation.

> Here’s my rationale. We deserve it and AIG > doesn’t. Fundamental attitude problem here.

Well, I would seriously oppose any \$85T bailout with something like the above logic.

\$85T is >>> then \$85B and the person who wrote this: writer >>> f’n idiot

This seems like a similar tone of those high school chain letters - foward this to 100 friends and you will receive a check for \$85,000 from Bill Gates. Seriously- it works!!!
