Hi All, Is there any way in calculating or getting the “Insider ownership percentage” of a company? that’s the percentage of the common shares held by the insider, such as directors, managers, officers. Thanks.
I heard it was impossible. I could be wrong.
If you have an account with a brokerage firm you should be able to get this information easily.
This information is also usually reported in the companies proxies at least for Directors, executinve holdings and principal holders.
