Not sure how to explain this, but it appears that elan guides website loads “weirdly” when you log in - the graphic user interface is gone and it is almost in a bullet-like fashion.
Anyone going through this?

All study notes are now available for download from Elan’s website, I just checked.
Some practice questions are still missing though.
Anyone can help me in getting Elan guides 2013/2014 study books and videos for Level 3 ? I used to rely on Elan guides in Level 2 and has helped me a lot passing June 2014 level 2 exam.

Was the problem last year only with the printed materials? When did people get electronic copies of the guides and when did they release the videos electronically? I am thinking of getting Elan this year and don’t mind not having hard copies of the books but wouldn’t want to wait until 2015 to get the materials
Pretty much everything is available from Elan in electronic format and you can print it off yourself. I got both the printed and electronic format from them and they were the exact same so as long as you dont mind reading off the computer or printing off a ton of paper then you should be all good. Their availability schedule for the printed materials was wack, but to me it didnt make much difference because I already printed mine off.
Even if you didnt print it off, i would say that you would still be fine because its not like you cant find other topics to study while you wait. All the complaining seemed moot to me because who cares if book 5 hasnt arrived yet if I am still working to get through book 3.
I’ve been informed (by S2000) that Wiley has bought Elans Guides, and as such, the timing issues may not be present this year.
my view -
Elan videos are way too long and they say what the txt book says…almost 70% line by line…
I think the Wiley quant lectures are a joke. When I watched them, Basit was simply reading the slides. To make matters worse, he didn’t correctly define combinations and permutations - he actually provided the wrong expressions and a slide later, he solved a question using the correct approach (which contradicted the expression he just provided.)
This was a few years ago, so I assume they have the-recorded the lecture to correct it.
