Absolutely not! As someone said above, if you are a paid member of course you’re not going to eligible for scholarship. It means nothing. There are also many strong candidates confident of passing that only see one box, maybe because they’re only a candidate. But the only conclusion we can draw is that we have been driven to insanity! Exceptional case… Had an option to edit/withdraw application…I withdrew, there is no more any application for scholarship tab

I got the same message last year and failed…there was also a second error message as I remember…
the error msg is same for everybody. No body’s contesting that. Its whether you see 2 boxes or 1 box, though i feel that too does not indicate anything
