Actual Exam Day

On the calculators…do not expect anything other than the TI or HP 12C to be accepted. At the check in station they will look at your ID and inspect your calculator. They have XEROX copies of what the calculators look like on the table in each section of the room…so don’t think you are going to fool the 18 year high school student who is likely the proctor. As per the CFAI discipline stats…anyone caught using the wrong calculator will have the exam results voided. Also make sure you have sharpened pencils and if your 12c battery is held by a screw then to have a mini screwdriver (or solve this issue by getting 2 calculators.
