Advice on CFA Qualification

Hi, I have done ACCA and have several years of experience as management accounts preparation, variance analysis, budget and forecast prep and balance sheer reconciliation (FP&A). Now, I am tempted to study CFA and started working on Level 1 for Feb 26 in-take. But I am a little confused if this is the right path or shall I upskill with some AI courses. I am liking CFA course but just want to be sure if it is making any practical sense. Any advice will be highly appreciated please.

What are you aiming for? Do you plan to stay in management accounting when you’re done? Or what?

I am planning to either move into more senior FP&A roles or into core financial roles like equity research, portfolio mgt. or company valuation for M&A etc…
