Age 34 2004—registered for L1 but had to withdraw two weeks before exam due to job change 2005—did not take 2006—did not take 2007 (june)–passed L1 2008----passed L2

this thread is just a gloating session for those people who didnt fail an exam (for the most part, exceptions noted) and isnt at all representative. Not that there’s anything wrong with gloating if thats what floats your boat. What im interested in seeing is the real life results of paths through the curriculum (ie distribution of years taken to pass, with complete detail not just the people proud of their record posting). The ‘1.5’ years people, i mean so you turned up on the exam with no revision the first time right? Come on

42 L1 June 2006 L2 2007 L3 2008 OMG, I felt my age doing L2 and L3, especially since 2003-2005 was devoted to getting an MBA. Transitioned careers from being a physicist to being a buy-side analyst. Got my first analyst gig in 2005 and then changed jobs in 2006. What a ride! I am tired. Want to sleep peacefully for a bit now.

i am 27 … passed in a total of 4 attempts …2.5 yrs. i looked young and handsome when i was 24…now I look old and bald

26 3,3 and soooooooo damn happy to be done.
