Do you think we need to memorize various indices used by differents AIs? For example, Real Estate uses NCREIF for Direct Investment NAREIT for Indirect Investment, etc.? I am hoping all we need to know is the biases each benchmark has, not memorizing the names of the indices themselves, correct?
I would definitely know the indices for Real Estate and the differences. Easily testable and with 15 minutes of time you’ll nail it. For me I’ll know some basics about the rest but definitely know and understand the biases.
