I know this is simple but I’m dumb. SS8. .1111= w(.1279)+(1-w)(.1054) How do you solve for w? I keep doing something wrong.

pretty easy: .111 = w*.1279 + .1054 - w*1054 .111 - .1054 = w*(.1279 - .1054) w = (.111 - .1054)/(.1279 - .1054) Think you can plug your answer here now :slight_smile:

.1111= w(.1279)+(1-w)(.1054) .1111=.1279w+.1054-.1054w .1111-.1054=.1279w-.1054w .0057=.0225w w=.0057/.0225 w=.2533 1-w=.7466
