Am I eligible for Level 2 in June 2013?

i’ve cleared the final examination for my bachelor’s degree.(Intially registered for level 1 as in final year of bachelor’s degree). Now even after i cleared all the exams, I wasn’t granted the degree due to the “minimum program duration clause” by the university. so, I will be receiving the degree by august 2013. Will I be able to register on this basis?

And one more thing, I’ve been working full time at an audit firm and I deal with accounts, finance, tax etc since august 2011.(MY bachelor’s degree is a distance mode one). Now the thing is For example i register for level 2 in january 2013…till which I will have one and half year year of work experience combined with 2 and a half years of college education ,a total of 4 yrs, which complies with the cfai’s norms. Now the thing which confuses me is that?

“If you initially enroll/register as a final year undergraduate student with a degree in progress, you may not register for the Level II exam until you have earned your degree, or obtained professional work experience that meets the program’s entrance requirements. At the time your degree is awarded, you may update your account education information to certify that your degree has been received.”

everything’s okay till here but the thing is

“or have a combination of professional work and college experience that totals at least four years. Part-time positions do not qualify, and the four-year total must be accrued prior to enrollment.

so what does this "accrued prior to enrollment " means? before enrollment into level1 or level 2?

and finally are there any measures of checking with my university by cfai that i have received the degree?

Sorry I dont know the answer.

“and finally are there any measures of checking with my university by cfai that i have received the degree?”

I would never ever mess with CFAI. My sincere advice/suggestion is not to do that. Lets say they do check and even after clearing all levels, you could end up being a sitting duck literally!

All the very best! I am sure you are young, dont be impatient you have the entire life before you and nothing is going to be lost in 6 months.
