I am trying to calculate FCFF for a company with a lot of goodwill and intangibles. This leads to high amortization costs(not much depreciation). When calculating NORMALIZED FCFF from EBIT, should I add back Amortization? I know i would add it back to calculate FCFF, but how do I determine if I should add this back if I am calculating NORMALIZED FCF. Eventually these charges should diminish.
