Analyst Forum: distractor or best resource at work

I’ve gone through most of qbank (not all of it but have hit every reading). Qbank is what I have done at work the last month when I have gotten 15-20 min of downtime or lunch break free. I’m now on my exam phase, but obviously can’t take 3 hour breaks at work. So the last few days I just come on AF (I’m sure you’ve all noticed). Is there any better way that you guys spend if you have like twenty min free. I tried doing Secret Sauce but even for that you need some concentration. I’m torn between going through the quicksheet in loops or coming on here and asking/answering questions. Could always go back to qbank too but wanted to save the last couple hundred questions for touchups of weak points after I do some exams.

Come to AF with a goal in mind (ask questions or test your knowledge) during day time. Save the social aspect / harassment at night when you need relief. One aspect I found AF useful is that it helps me to verify if I have missed anything in my study, as well as do regressive testing by looking at / answering people’s questions.

Agreed that my time could be better spent during the day, but like you I’m just about done with Qbank (need to do some more Econ and Swaps, but that’s about it), so I’m basically just goofing off on AF and killing time (credit markets are not alive, no matter what anyone says). I’ve actually stopped studying entirely except for two nights a week when I do sample exams and review them - feeling like I’m right where I need to be, and the cost/benefit of doing anymore is not a very good ratio right now, so my time is better spent on other things (golf, golf, and more golf). Of course I could fail and look like a jackarse, but I don’t see that happening right now.

Try crackcocaine… Ups youre concentration…
