If information about annuity due is not explicitly given in the question, and it’s not indicated that payments are drawn or deposited at the beginning of the year, is it always considered ordinary annuity? Some real life problems like college tuition free or living expenses for retirement are logically needed at the beginning of the year and so far whichever problems I have seen they were calculating it as annuity due but today I saw one problem where they have considered ordinary annuity even for college tuition fee. How do we determine whether annuity or ordinary annuity?
its always ordinary annuity unless specified otherwise. on that note, if you use the BA II Plus, how do you change the function to annuity due? thanks
[2nd][PMT][2nd][SET] should the job for you. Thanks!
