Any easy way for lease rate formula memorization?

lease rate formula is so difficult to memorize, could anyone tell me the easy way?

so are the convenience yield and storage cost

remember the one formula

F=S*e^(r-d)*T

and from there the other formula

d = r - 1/T * Ln(F/S) can be derived

and if you look at it the discrete way

F = S * [(1+r) / (1+d)] ^ T

d = (1+r) / (F/S)^(1/T) - 1 is also derivable.

Use the equation (10) on page 181, and Solve for the lease rate(delta).

and as for conv yield:

F = S * e^(r+lambda (storage) - c (Convenience))*T
