Yep I’m watching…voting for Blackhawks as well, although my full respects for Philly for knocking out my beloved NYR and then second most beloved NJD…They’ve had a good run.
no but I watched “Wall Street” the other night. Of course I’d seen it a long time ago but when you watch it while studying for the CFA, it’s very hard to not think of the ethics standards bud fox is violating. He even uses the mosaic theory to put together the deal Larry Wildman is trying to put together.
im in chicago, and a die hard blackhawks fan…but something inside me is telling me that i want them to win it on Sunday night instead of Friday night
I watched Wall Street also…for the 157th time. mib - I’m with you for Sunday night…not that I care really, but it would be an awesome home celebration, and even better for you.
I am obligated as a philly sports fan to watch the final. Flyers kind of played their best hockey last night and Niemi was a little better. Game 1 was God awful on both teams parts. I dont think the Flyers are out yet, they are pretty resilient. The Blackhawks are clearly the toughest team they have faced this postseason, so it will be an uphill struggle. How you guys in Chicago liking Carcillo?

I never have liked Briere either. Guy has so much talent, but chooses to be lazy all season. Everytime he scores in the playoffs I get a little angrier about his lack of effort during the season. Dude never backchecks. He has been everything he was supposed to be during the playoffs tho, so i give him credit there. Out of the former Flyers on the hawks, i thought Sharp would kill the Flyers. And then freaking Ben Eager looks like Brett Hull with that goal. Got to be kidding me, whens the last time he has scored?
^ was thinking the same about the Eager goal. Couldn’t agree more about Briere this post-season.
hawks are going to win this series, but the flyers will definately win a game or two. expect them to win the next game. on another note, who is going to watch thursday nights nba finals , game 1?
