Wonder how the reference is made. Is it just a confirmation link or a questionnaire/reference letter is also provided?

I just did a couple. You get an e-mail from CFA Institute, you log in and fill in a short form. You get three questions (yes/no) and you have to write a short blurb on their experience related to investment decision making.

I think the three questions were, more or less:

Does this person add value to investment decision making process?

Something else related to experience… can’t remember…

And is this person ethically ok?
