Anyone heard of TG Capital?

Its a small hedge fund located in California Anyone know any details about the fund and/or the PM? Thanks, A-guy-who-is-interested-in-the-fund

I heard the PM posts on AnalystForum.com asking questions about himself. Could be a rumor though.

You’ve got to be kidding me. This is the first freaking link that comes up on a google search for “tg capital”: http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2007/lr20189.htm

joke

LOL…what a joke!! I think I pretty much know everything about TG Capital that I care to know. I’ve also learned not to trust anyone named “Lodavina Grosnickle.”

Sounds like a quality shop for sure.

On that complaint - “Investors have raised $3.78M from 33 investors. TG puports to offer private investment products with guaranteed rates of return” doesn’t sound too good from this link nakedputs posted… this has to be a joke - company sounds bad

A guy named ZeroBonus is interested in a fund which was stomped under an emergency action by the SEC for an unclever fraud. Is Lodavina Grosnickle a real name? I think I’d change it to Lottavino Grossbillions just to fit into the hedge fund community better.

hahahaha due diligence step 1: make sure an SEC litigation release does not pop up on the when you put the name of the fund into google, lol.

May be some of you missed post # 1 This is the TG Capital located in California - not the one involved in a scandal in Texas. And its pretty small - so I just wanted to know if any of you peeps working at other HFs have heard of it, thats all.

oh ok - I didn’t see that ZB

I don’t know man. That Texas scandal looks to be like something where a TG Capital Investments was trying to collect on bad debts (if this is what you are referring to) while they weren’t incorporated there: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/260/RipOff0260924.htm While this SEC complaint is against a TG Capital with the defendants being located in California: http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2007/comp20189.pdf
