Now that FRM is over , anyone planning for MS Finance ? I had put it on a back burner for quite a while I will be starting the prep for GMAT alongside PRM .

I am planning for a MF or MFE Banking upon FRM/CFA completion and Good GMAT score to compensate for poor academics Also…any input from anyone on MF vs MFE will be highly welcome

Damn…CFA and FRM, then a MS in Finance?!? How about chillin’ out for a bit…live the life…smell the roses…kick back a few.

How about taking the money you would have spent on the MF or MFE and investing it in a few rental properties.

@ Rydex and So Fresh totally agree with you guys , but a formal education in Finance is what gives an entry into an Hedge fund I guess

I personally think there is way too much redundancy between MS Finance and the CFA program to impress employers. I’d much rather go with the MFE, because that really adds valuable new skills.

Yep, I would do MFE over MF anyday, especially if you already have CFA.
