Wonder if anyone can help me. Perhaps I imagined this whole thing…
Two or three years ago I seem to recall a really excellent thread posted by, apparently, an MD analyst.
The title of that thread was something like “Ask an MD anything about equity research”.
He spoke of work life balance, the work itself, interesting colleagues, the money they earn… I think one guy had bought himself a castle in Scotland, and perhaps another had bought 2 x Ferrari. Perhaps I did dream that part though.
Obviously I used all of these words in Google searches, but came up with nothing. I am almost certain it was posted in this analystforum, when it was a totally different colour scheme. Or perhaps it was wallstreetoasis. hmmm.
