Apple board-legally liable for lying about Jobs?

Wonder if anyone’s tried to sue Apple’s board for lying/withholding information about Steve Job’s health yet. You would think that a liver transplant is kind of extreme for someone who only had a “hormonal imbalance.”

Do you think the liver comes willingly from a bum who asks for change on the steps of the head office building? I saw it on Ally MacBeal once.

And I don’t give a fcuk what anyone thinks about me watching Ally MacBeal. It was the only way to see Portia at the time, outside of watching her get out of the Chevy Tahoe she owns w/ Ellen, at a Melissa Ethridge concert.

No, it comes from a half-human half-cyborg that used to work for Skynet but is now sacrificing himself for the human resistance.

Ally McBeal, a pathetic drama about needy whining lawyers… pretty much sums up what is wrong with this country.

Johnthainlimodriver, did you try this yet? http://www1.mcdonalds.com/macsnackwrap/

“Apple has often said that Jobs’ medical history is a private matter. But “Steve Jobs’ health is material to the investors in Apple,” says independent technology analyst Rob Enderle. “Apple isn’t being forthcoming about what’s going on. … You have to wonder what else he isn’t telling us.” If Apple withheld material information about its CEO from shareholders, the Securities and Exchange Commission “should be interested,” Enderle says.” http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/2009-06-20-steve-jobs_N.htm

I dunno about any of this liver stuff but the new 3.0 iPhone software is bitchin.
