Are June and December 2009 books same ?

Hi Guys, I am planing to give my L1 in Dec '09, are the CFA institute books, schweser and stalla books same for both June and December 09. Secondly is it ok to use 2008 schweser books and thirdly can anyone send me the link to download schweser book 6 and 7

books for june09 and dec09 are same LOSs have changed in FSA. economics, quant and ethics are same. i have not gone thru other topics, stalla website has summary of LOS changes from 08 to 09 lastly, you are not allowed to ask or send any copyrighted material in this forum
