So even though it’s been explained about four different times in this single thread, there still seems to be two people completely incapable of understanding the difference between atheist and agnostic.
These two are:
A) Complete idiots

A theist blelieves in God the literal opposite of the word is: an atheist who does not believe in God – Agonostics claim neither faith or disbelief in God. If you ask someone about God and they sell “well I dunno I haven’t thought about it that much” - they are agnostic. If you ask another person and they say I don’t believe God exists its Big Bang, evolution, etc. they are athiest. – is that clear enough - no disagreements? I never knew this was that hard.
wrong. no more than people are born illiterate. curiousity about god is as natural as curiosity about natural observations (i.e. all recorded human data/history). if you lived 10,000 year ago, you’d see that curiousity about god is more pervasive than curiousity about the natural world. this is why some form of god exists in virutally every society since the dawn of man and yet recordings of humans’ observations of the natural world, and major advancements in this realm are a much more recent phenomenon.
to not be curious about the existence and nature of god is to be unhuman.

if the concept of god and faith, and the uncertainty and limited information that comes with it, makes you so uncomfortable, you probably shouldn’t be in the business of predicting securities’ movements that involves only limited information, uncertainty and the requirement of faith.

If you can show me the proof that god exist, I and many other Atheists/Agnostics will surely be influenced by that evidence and change our mind about god accordingly.
But at the moment, there is no evidence of the exist of god or any deity, so my position as an atheist or agnostic or whatever term you want to use to describe me, is, that god does not exist.
Just like in a criminal court, the accused is innocent until he is proven guilty.
God or anything is non exist until he is proven to exist.
