Not a massive steve jobs fanboy here, but I watched this, largely uncut, steve jobs interview-- and I recommend it.
This steve jobs interview and Something Ventured are probably the best business documentaries I’ve seen. Both are available for streaming via Netflix.

There is some seriously interesting comments in this documentary though. Rather then just hype.
