I’m in the process of setting up a bachelor party for one of my best friends. We’ve thrown around a lot of ideas, but now that we have the time frame set, we’re trying to figure out the best place to go. Our target is something like mid December. Cost is somewhat of a factor, we’d like to keep the cost below $2000/person if possible. Here’s what we’ve already done for other bachelor parties: Vegas (way too many times), Shanghai/Beijing, New Orleans (mardi gras) Here’s what we’re considering: Amsterdam - too cold? Ibiza (off-season, do people go in the winter?) Prague/Budapest (might be too cold) Sydney Rio De Janeiro/Brazil - dangerous? Hong Kong/Macau Costa Rica Any comments on the above choices or something else we haven’t considered?
Where are you located now? You’ve thrown out a laundry list of global party sites and depending on where you live you might not even be able to fly there for $2k.

What about Goa… It’ll be quite hippy and lively at that time, and in 2000 USD you can get 20 Avant Grade hookers for your friends + as much drinking they can do and lot of A class pot.
Sorry, I was saying hoping to keep it under $2000, but most guys will still be able to go if we keep it under $3000 per person. Above $3000 would be a stretch.

Geez, you have some good friends who will drop $2k just to come out for a bachelor party. How much is the wedding going to cost?? It sounds like you have a pretty understanding finacee’ too. From LA? Maybe go down to Costa Rica or Guatemala. If you were on the east coast, I’d say try Puerto Rico or Cuba or Spain. EDIT: Spain isn’t as fun in winter… all the tiled buildings make it really cold. But Spain is rockin’ at other times.
I did Hong Kong/mac for a stag twice. Bloodbath. Definitely recommend it.
