Bags under eyes

Lately I have had some deep bags under my eyes. What’s a brother to do? How do you prevent and correct such hideous abnormalities? Is a man-date at the salon in order?

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

^ I hope to God that you are kidding.

Your life must pretty easy dawg…

“In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser” …U the nigga I wanna be

haha STL, i dont think anybody gets the reference

Christian Bale from American Psycho.

I’ve never put any lotion on my face execpt for whatever got rubbed on from motor boating…

Do you have a chainsaw in your apartment?

LOL that was hilarious no one got the reference. Movie should be mandatory viewing for anyone undertaking the CFA program.

More sleep my man, diet and exercise would help, but sleep is likely the main culprit.

^Troof. Though perhaps I shold check the salon for some HCBs. Right? And there ain’t nothing g@y about taking care of yourself.

For anyone who did not get the reference :

Sleep and hydration. Women may be right about face creams

John Maudlin was raving about some cream that uses non-embryonic stem cells. He’s in his 60s, and it’s expensive, but I suspect that it might not be bad to start using it earlier if it really works.

yeah definitely You have to think about: What causes tightness in your skin? - drinking a lot of water - working out - skin elasticity cremes - sufficient sleep avoiding too much coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and overexposure from the sun. If you’re like me and love to have whiskey coffees in the morning while smoking on a menthol, you’re gonna have to compensate in the gym and drink lots of water.

Y’all MF play too much

Also : watch your salt intake…too much would cause water retention and make you look puffy in the face

^ This about sums up my problems.

I drink water until my number 1s turn clear. Then I know I’m hydrated. Generally that’s around 56 ozs.

I don’t know how much water I drink, but I fill the brita 3x a day. That’s a lot, but probably doesn’t make up for all the coffee I drink at work.

Water, sleep, avoiding caffeine. Also I recommend megadosing fish oil. I take 5 grams of fish oil a day. Great for your skin, heart, brain, etc. Just had all my blood work done and my triglycerides were 75 which is amazing.
