BAII question - STO function

How’s this work, playas? How can you store values and then recall them. I’m aware I should have known this years ago.

to store hit the (STO) button then any number key. You can clear what you saved by just “Saving over” your old memory. to recall hit (RCL) then the number For example: Just as a for instance you could do the following: 5 ____________+ 3x2 .12-.08 You could run .12-.08= hit (STO) 1 You have now stored .04 in location 1 Then do 3X2= hit (STO) 2 You have now stored 6 in location 2 Now to run the problem you can do 6/ (RCL) 1= + (RCL) 2 = 131 Go to the HP site and do some of the tutorials they have they are great. You should also learn how to use brackets you could do 5/(.12-.08=+(3X2=

BTW if you got through L1 without using Store congratulations you are a better man than I am I would have never finished the exam.

Thanks very much sir.

Interesting, I might try this to save time. Usually, I would write down a number in the margin.

you are better of going left to right and using brackets when you have the required store to be used. 5 ____________+ 3x2 .12-.08 I would do the same as 5/(0.12-0.08) + (3x2) = 131
