balance between financial capital and human capital

CFAI book2 , page 364 question 3, is the answer wrong? Lee is a 35-year old trader and the answer says the optimal allocation for him is 20% in bonds and 80% in stocks? Doesn’t that make it more correlated with the market?

I do not know how to select the best allocation from the 5 strategies, looks like arbitrary.

you are right, lee’s human capital is equity like, I’d rather increase bond and reduce equity like 50/50
