i feel i struggle a lot sometimes interpreting it in words , can someone explain when active risk is less with with high active share and not much security concentration they say manager is likely diversified across factors …So i have quesiton
1 so when he has this scenario , he achieved low active risk with more number of security here?
2 And the solution is also saying he has balanced exposure to risk factors…can someone elaborate what does it mean?
