Q12 of exam 2005 mentions the approaches to determine the benchmark weights for the global asset classes. What are the CFAI/Schweser pages that correspond to this? This part sounds vague to me and I want to read through again. Thanks. - sticky
Hi sticky, I think this is it: Reading 44, Global Perf Eval, page 101 - one paragraph that mentions GDP-weighted indices. There was also a problem in that reading where we had to calc the the value of a GDP-weighted index versus the market-cap-weighted index.
