Benefits of CFAI Membership before passing L3?

Has anyone become a full member before passing L3? I can become (activate) my membership and wondering if it’s worth the $225USD or should I wait until I pass L3 next year (hopefully)? Thanks NVC

You get to attend CFA meetings and meet people. That’s about it. I don’t think it’s worth the money.
