I must say, I am starting to tilt towards camp BS now. I wish I wouldn’t but I am. All in all he got good comebacks and decent punch lines vs the lame insults from MLA. Step it up or let it go.

BS is a victim of his own integrity. It mostly makes him a person who can’t stand to leave an argument undone when he knows he is in the right. However, I have actually seen him back down and admit he is wrong. Of course, the AF community eats this kind of backbone for breakfast… hence BS is one part of the past two rivalries.
BS is a victim of the fact that he is a finance nerd, but he absolutely despises finance nerds. So this self-hate leaves him to go on and on about guns, boxing, kayaking, working as a plumber, military etc etc.
He is also a liberal but he also despises liberals and resents the fact that he is one of them. So you will find him violently arguing a topic, and then suddenly reversing a position and arguing the exact opposite in the same thread.

Why all the BS hate? I enjoy reading his take on things, he tends to have very different views from me but at least is generally respectful in discussions. Hes got a screw loose for sure but pretty much everyone on here does. BS insights on the investments forum are great as well.

As I mentioned in the past, the best rivalry was Blake vs Bchad in what ended up being the most epic thread in AF history. The thread was most likely nuked.
It all started with a long winded Bchad post with Blake replying (and I’m paraphrasing); “You’re the most useless member of AF. What makes you think anyone cares about what you write”. The 2 of them then went at it in the wee hours of the morning, back and forth.

I remember a thread where he gave some personal details about you, and the thread got nuked pretty quick after that. I always figured that you did it.

I don’t remember if that was the same thread, but he did give out personal details and that got him booted. I did delete the post with the details but not the entire thread.
I do remember that about six weeks before, I had asked Chad to expand the board because it was just me (BS had stepped down from at role). I was very happy to have a larger board because otherwise Blake’s banning would have looked like me just using board member authority to take out a personal antagonist.

But in order to be fair, I think he was everybody’s personal antagonist at some point in time. So it wasn’t personal. He did it to everybody.
