Anyone know a good book?
Just read Bringing Down the House. Good read and tells you how to do it. You need multiple people to run it, but it’s a pretty easy system. You could do it with one person but it would be tougher and take longer.
^ Fantastic Book.
Thanks for the reco - Ben Mezrich is great. I have his Ugly Americans book.
I bought two, but only remember the one name - “Professional Blackjack” by Stanfod Wong. Old book, but I think it appears to be really good (I’m not confident enough yet to play). The only issue is it goes into the payouts for different casinos, which may or may not be correct anymore since the book is like 20 years old or something like that.
EDIT - Definitely is easier to do it with several people. You just need to trust that your teammates aren’t derps
Agreed.
Or just watch the movie 21
I tried counting. It is by far not as easy as it is portrayed. It requires enormous mental concentration. Try chatting with 2 people, counting cards of 5 players and then betting correctly based on count. When you miscount you will immideatly lose your edge.
It is all fun and games when you read it in the books, but when you are betting $25 per hand, this changes quickly
Dot or feather?
