we almost landed these guys as a tenant. Our AM toured their facility when they were soaking the chilis. It’s like a 9 month process. When they actually grind them up to make the sauce the entire neighborhood smells like heaven, although they were temporarily shut down by some stick in the mud neighbors. Now they have to scrub their exhaust before discharge, so no more heavenly smell.
My wife recently told me that Tabasco’s going to be coming out with a Moruga Scorpion sauce anon.
I, for one, am looking forward to it.
