I was looking for an IPhone App which would allow me to register for CFA, when USD:INR rates are lowest.
Could not find any app which sends an email when rates hit a bottom.
Best thing was one where you can check the rates in your free time.
Let me know if you find an app that lets you know when markets hit a bottom or a top. That would be helpful.
