There’s only one (1) school that count internationally if you ask me: http://www.hhs.se/Pages/default.aspx See more at https://www.studera.nu/ but note the regulations are changing by 2011 presumably by making non-EU citizens having to pick up the bill of their own education themselves.
I agree with Mehdi on this I got my Masters from uppsala university which is highly rated in Sweden but not as high as Handels. However if you are considering an MBA I would stay away from the Nordic region. The UK has much better programs and definately higher ranked than any Nordic school.
There might be a financing issue involved; the fee structure is different.
