I ordered Elan’s study material through their website almost a week back. While their website makes the below promises, elan has been totally evading on meeting them. So if you are planning on study material from this service provider - beware!

“Yes. All our orders are delivered either via Fedex or through DHL. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of orders being processed upon request.”
“You will have online access to all the materials until your receive all hard copy materials that you ordered in the mail.”
I ordered hard copy material and so far I have neither received the tracking no. nor any response on my multiple e-mails to them to atleast share the soft copy with me until they can despatch printed material. Just wanted to highlight this to my fellow CFA aspirants so that you do not lose precious preparation time - factor in this poor, unreliable service from this study material provider.
