Blue box/EOCs vs exam standar questions

Hello all, first time posting here so excuse the very general enquiry. I used most Schweser and a third party for level 1 and found it sufficient. However, Ive been advised to focus more on the CFA blue boxes and EOC materials rather than Schweser for level 2. So far the BB and EOC seem reasonably straightforward (although not easy) when compared to Schweser. Just wondering if anyone with level 2 experience could let me know if they thought the CFA BB and EOC is more representative of the exam questions and whether to focus more heavily on them as a source of questions for this exam

You need to focus on Blue Box Questions,CFA Curriculum End of Chapter Question, CFAI Topic Test & Mock Exam on CFAI Website to maximize your chances of Passing the Exam. Remember, there are no guarantees, but you will be better prepared for the exam!!

Also studying for L2 the first time so I won’t add much other than to say IMHO putting in time and effort and hitting the material in a variety of ways is the most critical piece of mastering this material.

thanks everyone. bit of a step up from level 1 so am trying to get myself well prepared. haven’t looked at the cfai topic tests yet so thanks for the heads up

If you have already registered for the exam, then you can login on CFA Institute website and see the Topic Tests and Mock Exam available under candidate resources.
