At your company do you receive a monetary bonus for referring candidates that are hired on by your firm? Just curious.
Yes, nothing crazy though. Maybe $1,000 once the person is there 3 months.
$1,500 and they have to stay 2 months
Yep, $500 immediately and another $500 if they’re around for six months.
I did at my old job, it was $5K at a big bank. When I worked in PE there was no referral bonus. Am all for referral bonuses – at least modest ones – as it’s a form of compensation that can be highly aligned with the firm’s goals of getting a pool of high-quality candidates

Makes you all the more angry when the person you referred take a better offer somewhere else.
If you refer me, I will give you a bonus.
we get 20% of their pay the first 3 years and that declines 5% per year until they hit 16. then we take their kids.

GBP 2k junior, 4k senior
Oh yeah and the reason is obvious: a recruitment firm can take up to 30% of the stated contract amount. I use agencies a lot and hate having to pay them but this is life. For a 100k hire it is either 30k to the recruitment agent or 4k to you.
Referral bonuses also help lessen the pain when the guy you referred takes your job.
EUR 2,500 (before tax). Plus an ipod 32Gb
$1,000 per referral. Any HR agent would charge them 150% of the total contract which is anywhere between $7000-15000. I was much cheaper for them. I made some good money while doing my BA. Most of my college mates where working and studying and they had the necessary experience.
Starts at $1000 pretax for an associate level referral and goes up higher. They have to stay on for 3 months until anything is paid out.
i was at a bear start up and was 4k for under vp and 7k for vp or higher… half paid at 30 days and other half at 6 months… was some good money as they hired 200 people in first 24 months
we get $10k for anyone but administrative staff. That still saves the company plenty of cash. 2 guys on my team already cashed in on this.
