60% of base for 08, no bonus likely for 09 and no raise… studying for gmat
How about raises? Did most end up getting one for 2008/2009? No raises at my firm across the board (insurance), but I’m 90% sure I’ll still get a promotion at my review next month.
I work in consulting. No raises this year. But got 20% bonus due to a good 2008. Other groups in my firm got nothing.
35% bonus of base, no raise. Ouch.
$10K bonus. 10% of base. Close to what i was expecting. No raise.

5% raise with the comment that the goal for '09 is to not to have to $hit can anyone. Than quieted any questions I had about the lack of a bonus.
I was too new to be in any bonus pool this year, but I didn’t hear any chatter about it either. I get the sneaking suspicion that raises and bonuses, if there even were bonuses, were paltry.
im in the same boat as you sellside but know we had no raises firmwide even if you got promoted and bonuses were down big
2.7% of base bonus 1.8% raise
Sweet looks like I was the only one with a pay cut. 4% chop on base and a 5% bonus. Great year.
