In the second vignette, describing the actions of Mary Montpier, did anyone notice that there is no mention of her affiliation with the CFA institute? Not a candidate or charterholder. So my question is, is someone in violation of the standards if they are not a member or candidate? That kind of stuff aggervates me to no end during while im taking an exam.
usually in the exam…they’ll put a small note on the front of the booklet - or at the beginning of ethics - saying unless otherwise specified assume all companies/individuals are members’/candidates of the cfa program…
