Breakfast suggestions

wow funny. i heard the same exact thing about eating a large breakfast. i also heard its better to eat small meals throughout the day instead. someone also said intermittent fasting is the way to go. which to follow. me personally i lost a lot of weight snacking throughout the day.

Eating constantly throughout the day decreases your insulin sensitivity. Not great when you eventually stop being so careful about what you eat. The latest bro-science is that you should eat a large breakfast, normal lunch, and small (and early) dinner so your body has a chance to digest everything before you go to bed.

Just have eggs. Skip the sausage and bacon and hash browns.

I tend to just eat when I’m hungry. I don’t know what’s so weird about this concept either. I also workout hella much though.

what i mean there is a ton of suggestions and explanations. imo the real answer is prolly more simple: put the fork down.
