Usually 3 eggs, avocado, small bit of fruit, coffee. Because I am always hungry I usually have a banana with all natural peanut butter a couple hours into the work day.

Why ?
Evolution/paleolithic. Animal fat keeps you full for a long time, doesn’t spike blood sugar first thing in the morning, boosts HDL, and the brain loves it. Works for me, but some people like the wife detest it, she’s likes to chow on carbo first thing (rice, fruit, etc)…wussy chick breakfast.
Lately it has been bacon eggs and perhaps some cheese. Anything that fits into a ketogenic meal plan.
