BSAS PM Q36 H Model Problem

What they are trying to tell you is 1$ growing at 12% for 4 years then apply the H Model for 8 years for 12% - 8% drop find the price of the stock. Now, it is not stated in the best of terms in the Q. CP

I know…we all got 62 as the answer

if you do it the above way - you get 70.66 as the answer, as they have done. 1.12 1.25 1.40 1.57+97.34 (below) 70.66 now apply H model with 1.57 (1.57 * 1.08) + (1.57 * 4 * (0.12-0.08))/(0.10-0.08) = 97.34

great job boys
