"A boss has been caught on camera demanding that every female employee kisses him on the mouth before starting work.

The man claimed to staff that kissing breeds a positive working environment between workers and bosses.

He is seen forcing workers to kiss him at the brewery machine company in Bejing, China, which he runs.

Every morning between 9am and 9.30am, female workers line up to kiss him, China Press reports."
