buy side vs sell side trading (agency)

Would anyone know the pay scale difference for sell side equity flow trading vs Buy side equity trading ? Or in general how does the pay differ for buy vs sell side agency trading ? Thanks

anywhere from 10x1 (sellxbuy) to 100x1
