working through SS 12 tonight and wondering how much of this I need to retain> I am referring Schweser, but have a feeling need to do this from the CFAI too. Anyone who has referred both Schweser and CFAI for this topic, please advise.

I did study it from CFAI and then was browsing through Schweser, though I didn’t read schweser. I believe if you are following schweser, it should be enough atleast for this cadbury report, as it is on corporate governance and schweser must have covered the important points in short. But yes you can read CFAI text if you have time, it’s always helpful and interesting to read from text.
